On February 18, 2010, the Court issued an Order [click here for a copy of the Order] for the closing of the Distribution Fund and the return of residual monies to the US Treasury. In accordance with the Court's Order of February 18, 2010, the following closedown activities are underway:

• The toll free live call center was closed as of March 20th, 2010.
  
  
• This website will be closed as of July 22, 2010.
  
  
• The post office box will be closed as of July 22, 2010.
  
  

All claim filing deadlines have passed, and all valid claims have been processed and paid. No additional checks will be reissued.
