PAYMENTS TO DATE

Payments were made to eligible claimants in the first phase of distributions from the Global Research Analyst Settlement Distribution Funds between December 21, 2005, and February 21, 2006. Payments to qualifying claims that were submitted by the deadline of December 15, 2006, were issued beginning in May 2007. On September 12, 2007, the Court ordered the payment of all valid, late-filed claims received as of September 12, 2007, and these payments were issued on September 27, 2007.

By Orders dated June 10, 2009, and July 8, 2009, the Court directed the Distribution Fund Administrator to make additional payments to eligible claimants, to pay associated costs and fees, and to transfer remaining funds to the U.S. Department of Treasury.
